CASK OPERATOR (closing date 18th December 2023)

We are looking for a full-time team member to assist in the production, casking, warehousing, vatting and bottling of spirit.

Key Objectives
To operate production equipment safely and efficiently
To maintain accurate records
To maintain a clean and tidy working environment
To contribute to health and safety compliance
To assist other business areas as required
Warehousing of stock
Monitoring of material usage
Casks handling
Vatting, bottling and packaging of spirt

Job Context
We currently operate shifts 6am-2;30pm and 1:30pm -10pm with occasional weekend shifts for routine maintenance. All training will be provided but a demonstrable track record of developing new skills would be advantageous.

Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications
Ability to work well as part of a small team/Forklift license/Highly organized/Ability to learn new skills
Strong work ethic/Problem solver/Positive outlook/Ability to work in a precise and accurate way/Numerate, personable and helpful

Part Time Visitor Tour Guide (closing date 8th May 2023)

16 hours per week until 31st August 2023. Immediate start.

Ideally you will have the following skills: outgoing personality with retail customer service experience; computer literacy and a good telephone manner; flexibility with working hours (rota and sickness / holiday cover etc); Welsh/French/German speakers desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided, and a competitive salary.
