Matured for a quarter of a century in a sherry butt, this rare expression captures the quiet grace of time and cask. Over twenty-five years, Penderyn’s delicate, fruit-forward spirit has evolved into something deeply refined — where gentle sherry sweetness intertwines with the distillery’s signature fruit and finesse, allowing the distillate’s elegant Welsh character to shine.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant and mature with gentle sherry influence. Aromas of orange blossom, dried apricot, sherry-soaked raisins, with hints of soft oak rise elegantly, giving way to layers of toffee and cocoa.

Palate: Velvety and beautifully balanced. Subtle notes of fig, vanilla cream, soft toffee and warming spiced oak weaving through a foundation of rich malt. At the back of the palate hint of cocoa powder and a whisper of nutmeg.

Finish: Long, graceful, and warming, leaving whispers of fruit, nuts, and soft cocoa on the tongue. A celebration of time, cask, and Welsh craftsmanship.
