Cask 183/2005 Tasting Notes:

Nose: Delicately fragrant and expressive, with soft tropical and orchard fruit notes, lifted by gentle vanilla and honey.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced, opening with bright fruit character, soft oak, vanilla and gentle spice develop alongside a slight herbal edge.

Finish: Long and elegant, softly drying with lingering fruit and subtle oak.

ABV: 57.1%
