Tasting Notes Nose – Blackberry jam, dark chocolate and berry fruits. Hints of nutmeg and rum soaked cherries along with prunes. Palate – Blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants all together with peppery and oaky spices. Followed by a smoothness milk coffee. Penderyn's new distillery is in the Powerhouse of the old Swansea copperworks building. This 70cl bottle has an abv of 46% and matured in Sweet Red Wine Finish. Tasting Notes Nose: Floral and fruity. Scent of orange blossom, notes of peaches, cherries and orange peel. Sweet vanilla and honey, with a light spice of dried fruits. Palate - Luscious mouthfeel. Rich sweetness of caramel and honey.
